LATA 20.
W latach 20. XX wieku popularne były buty posiadające zapięcia w formie wąskich pasków (T-straps) lub
typu Mary Jane. Czasami zamiast paska używano wiązanych kokard. Noszono też pantofelki na obcasie. Wtedy również pojawiły się buty typu Oxford z bardzo małym, szerokim obcasem.

Popularne były sznurowane botki zwane oxfordkami. Na butach z lat 30. można dostrzec ozdoby w kształcie małych dziurek.
